The North Yorkshire Moors National Park is an area of outstanding beauty and holds many hidden treasures. The coastal path offers amazing walks whether you want a gentle stroll to enjoy a coffee in the harbour at Staithes, beach combing at Runswick Bay or perhaps the more enthusiastic walkers can complete the 106 miles of the Cleveland Way along the edge of the North York Moors and the North Yorkshire Coast!

If time allows then head inland to hidden gems such as Lealholm, Fryupdale and the refurbished Danby Moor Centre. The beauty of this area is that there is always something new to try, be it the museum in Whitby which houses an amazing collection of fossils to the new MIMA (Middlesborough Institute of Modern Art).

Fans of "Heartbeat" will enjoy Goathland village or take a ride on "Hogwarts Express" from Grossmont as featured in the Harry Potter Films delighting young people and rail enthusiasts alike.

“My Great Grandma lived in this cottage for 50 years from the 1930's. I used to visit as a boy when there was Yorkshire Range, one tap and an outside toilet. The modernisation of the cottage is superb, very comfortable, we had a fab weekend doing things with my children that I did with my parents, grandparents and great grandparents Thank you.”
