It is important to us that you are comfortable during your well earned stay in our cottage, therefore the beds are of a high
quality as is the bed linen. The cottage sleeps 3 people comfortably but can accommodate 4 in that the single
bed converts to two singles or one double.
The living room has seating for four people , flat screen tv with free view, dvd and an eclectic mix of films,
Hi Fi with wide range of music cds, tape player, radio, good quality books and range of games, small log burner.
The refurbished kitchen is equipped with an Aga cooker (electric ovens and gas hob), toaster, slow cooker, iron and ironing board, washing machine and extensive range of cooking utensils. There is a table and four chairs.
The bathroom has a bath with shower and toilet.
Outside
A table with four chairs can be found in the enclosed garden which has an open outlook
over farmers' fields .
Parking
There is parking on Rosedale Lane.
